About Me

I grew up in the Ottawa-Gatineau region in Canada but am currently living in southwestern Wyoming with my husband Doug, my dog Riker, and my cat Guinness.

I have a B.A. in Canadian Studies and History from McGill University and an M.A. in History from the University of British Columbia.

When I'm not researching and writing, I enjoy travelling, hiking, tennis, reading, and playing the piano.

If you'd like to learn more about me and my adventures living in the Cowboy State please check out my blog, "Dani Canuck."
